most recent jewel at Mystica is called “The Essence”. This
enchanting place, far from the noise of civilization is immersed in the
sounds of nature.
The
covered wooden platform sits alongside the river on the hotel property;
you can reach it in just a three minute walk from the restaurant and lodge.
In
addition to the disciplines in which you will want to participate, in
The Essence you will have access to our specialist in reflexology,
chiropractic and massage to add to your psychic and physical renewal.
Meditation
activities alternate with optional daily excursions, enriching your stay
discovering the warm culture of Costa Rica and its spectacular natural
beauty.
Yoga
activities will be available at every beautiful location we visit.

Petroglyphs tour to “El Farallon”. Symbolic place
for prehistoric societies, where people celebrated sacred
rituals and ceremonies. This site is on private property
owned by a local family where you’ll appreciate the real Costa
Rican life.

I
would like to tell you about the accommodations at Mystica:
We
have seven rooms total, 3 of them have 1 queen bed and a single bed, 1
of them has a queen bed only, 2 of them have a queen bed and a bunk bed
(2 singles, one on top of the other), and one has a queen bed and a sofa
(2 single bed).
We
also offer adventure yoga package.
